In a food processor, add the almonds, garlic, anchovies and raisins and blitz for a couple of minutes until chopped.
Add the tomatoes, capers and cherry tomatoes and blitz for another minute or so until crushed. Then add the olive oil in a steady stream with the processor running until well combined but still retaining some texture.
Taste and season. If you feel it needs extra tomato flavour add some tomato puree.
